1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Mercantile and Poya holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or inventory delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via phone, WhatsApp, or email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka using local courier partners. Delivery costs and timelines depend on your location:

Colombo & Gampaha Districts:

Rate: Rs. [350 – 450]
Estimated Time: [1 to 4] business days after processing

Other Outstation Districts (Kandy, Galle, Jaffna, etc.):

Rate: Rs. [450 – 750] (depending on package weight)
Estimated Time: [3 to 5] business days after processing

Free Delivery Promotion:

We offer free standard delivery on orders over Rs. 10,000

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method for locations across Sri Lanka.
For COD orders above Rs. 1,000, our team may call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our local delivery partner, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to check your shipment status directly through our courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package from the courier and contact us immediately.
Take photos of the damaged parcel and reach out to our customer support at [Insert Email/Phone/WhatsApp] within [24–48] hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
